MidCountry Bank is a new ground up project located in Minnetonka at the southeast corner of Highway 7 and Williston Road (where the existing MidCounty bank is currently located).
The overall new construction is about 8,000 SF. MidCountry Bank will occupy about 4,000 SF on the south side of the building and there will be a future tenant on the north side of the building that faces highway 7. Both the Bank and the future retail tenant will have separate drive through windows, which required a creative design solution since the existing site offered some challenges with grading.
The final design gives a fresh look to the site by replacing the existing outdated bank building. MidCountry will still offer the same community focused services they have been known for, but the site will now also have a new retail amenity
that will enhance the neighborhood and community.
