The historic International Market Square: cornerstone of the creative corridor, when it opened in 1985, was Minnesota’s largest renovated building, then combining 6 buildings encompassing over 600,000sf. SRa completed a renovation of the entrance, lobby, restrooms, and common areas in partnership with InUnison. The parking lot was reorganized increasing safety for the numerous pedestrians and adding more than 100 parking spaces. SRa continues to serve future tenants of this beautiful historic property as the Architect of Record.
