The Sycamore of River Falls

The Sycamore of River Falls became an instant anchor to its neighborhood. It connects to the community with walking paths and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. The main entry canopy has a connected shaded sitting area directly off the indoor dining space. Upon entering the building, you are greeted by the fireside café, the welcome area, and a two-story open stairway. The stairway leads you to community spaces for lounging, watching movies, and getting fit. There is also an outdoor patio on the second level that overlooks the grounds. This three-story building, with an underground garage, has 68 blended independent and assisted living apartments that range in size from studio to two bedrooms plus den, with most apartments having an exterior balcony. There is also a one story 16-unit memory care building where memory care residents enjoy generously sized, open, and naturally lit indoor spaces, as well as an exterior garden that overlooks the landscape below.

The Arbors at Ridges

63‐unit, three‐story senior housing structure whose primary focus will be to provide assisted living to senior citizens together with a full continuum of care services allowing the residents of Arbors II to comfortably age in place, supported by the full range of additional services and nearby facilities provided by Ebenezer and Fairview.

The Waters on Mayowood

Waters on Mayowood was developed and finished to accommodate 175-units of senior housing senior to provide independent living, assisted living and memory care to senior citizens together with a full continuum of care allowing the residents to comfortably age in place.
