The project consists of a single-story building for use as an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Outpatient Eye Clinic. The building will be approximately 12,000 s.f. The ASC component of the building will be 4,900 s.f. with one operating room and five patient care stations.

The building exterior has aesthetic values that include utilizing local Hebron Brick with dark iron spots which encompasses the bulk of the exterior. By utilizing the offset curves of metal panel and smooth honed stone finishes that gives the building a “modern, yet grounded look.”
